I currently work from two locations. 

 

You will find my professional clinical treatment room from my home in Berwickshire in the Scottish Borders.  There is private parking. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointments. If you do arrive early send me a message to let me know as i may still be working with a client.

I also work from The Retreat Health & Beauty, located at 28 Castlegate, Berwick Upon Tweed, TD15 1ST.  There is on street parking on the opposite side of the road or alternatively there is a 3 hour car park less than a 3 min walk away at the bottom of Castlegate next to B&M bargains.

Payment

Payment can be made via cash, cheque or bank transfer only.

Gift Vouchers 

Gift vouchers are available to purchase from me direct, if you are unable to collect, I can post to the purchaser or the recipient, just call me to arrange.

Cancellation Policy

I require a minimum of 48 hours notice for the cancellation of any scheduled service.  Clients who cancel with less than the required notice will be charged 100% of the cost of the service.

Failure to attend any scheduled appointments will also be charged in full.
